Try this 2-minute anchor:

  1. Sit or lie down with no goal but to be.

  2. Inhale slowly — count to 4.

  3. Exhale gently — count to 6.

  4. Imagine each breath widening your inner space.

  5. If thoughts arise, say softly in your mind:

“This, too, is allowed.”

Repeat. No pressure. Just presence.

Over time, this presence grows roots.
And life becomes a little lighter —
not because the world changed…
but because you did.
